Jennifer Hudson

 Jennifer Kate Hudson, also called J.Hud (born on September 12, 1981), is an American actress as well as a singer and talk show host. She has been awarded numerous accolades for her contributions to television, film theatre, and recording songs throughout her professional career. Hudson was the first African-American woman, and also the youngest to receive the four most prestigious American awards for entertainment: Emmy (Grammy), Oscar, Tony (EGOT), and Oscar (Oscar). In 2013, she was also given a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Time listed her as one of the top 100 influential people globally in the year 2020. She gained notoriety when she was a finalist on American Idol's third season 2004 when she finished seventh. In 2006 she made her film debut with Dreamgirls as Effie white in the musical Dreamgirls. She was awarded the Academy Award in Best Supporting Actress for the film, and was the youngest African-American winner of a competition acting category.
