American actress Jami Beth Gertz was born on October 28 in 1965. Gertz is most well-known for her roles in Crossroads, The Lost Boys and Less than Zero, as and her roles in the television series of the 1980s Square Pegs, and 1996's Twister. She also played parts as Judy Miller on CBS' Still Standing, and Debbie Weaver on ABC's The Neighbors. She is part-owner of Atlanta Hawks, the National Basketball Association. Her husband Tony Ressler discovered her in an effort to find talent across the nation. As a child actor, Gertz appeared in the first episode of Diff'rent Strokes along with Andrew Dice Clay. Gertz was also in the role of Blair's friendand classmate Boots St. Clair on The Facts of Life. Gertz's debut film role was the romance film of 1981 Endless Love. She then was a co-star on the 1982-83 TV sitcom Square Pegs. The role she played as Less than Zero in 1987 was a major highlight.
