Barbara Eden

 Barbara Eden, born Barbara Jean Morehead on the 23rd of August, 1931 Barbara Eden is an American actor and singer. She is most well-known for her character Jeannie in the sitcom I Dream of Jeannie (1965-1970). Roslyn Pierce was Elvis Presley's sidekick on Flaming Star (1960), Lieutenant JG Cathy Connors (Voyage to the bottom of the Sea from 1961 to) as well as Stella Johnson, a widowed mother in Harper Valley PTA (1978) are some other noteworthy roles. The film's success resulted in Eden reprise her role of Stella Johnson on Harper Valley PTA (1978). Her first public appearance was in the choir of the church where she sang in solos. She was a member of local groups led by Howard Fredericks, Freddie Martin when she was a teenager. She also took theater classes at City College of San Francisco for a year. Barbara Huffman was her Miss San Francisco 1951 election. She was also Miss California in 1955.
