Anthony Anderson, born August 15, 1970, is an American actor. His most well-known role is Marlin Boulet on K-Ville as well as Detective Kevin Bernard, on NBC's crime drama Law & Order. He is also a part of the comedy sitcom Guys with Kids. Anderson is also well-known for his character of Andre Dre' Johnson in Black-ish. He played a significant character in several film features which include Me, Myself & Irene (2000), Kangaroo Jack (2003), Agent Cody Banks 2 Destination London (2004), Transformers (2007), Scream 4 (2011) as well as The Departed (2006). He is also a part of Food Network's Iron Chef America. Anderson is also a part of other TV programs such as All About the Andersons, The Bernie Mac Show, The Shield, and The Shield. He has been the host for the ABC version of To Tell the Truth since June 2016. He has also been the guest on various game shows.
