Ana Gonzalez de Jorgenson grew as a child in Mexico with a family that was devoted to music. Her childhood was spent listening to classic, old boleros as well as traditional romantic and Ranchero songs. Ana is a lover of the opera and tango genres as well as every form of dramatic performances. She began singing and learning the piano with her mom, she began her more intensive singing training when she was 16 working with the famous Mexican Tenor Flavio Becerra. Music lessons continued throughout the School of Music of Guadalajara University. In the following years, she was a student at the School of Sacred Music of Toluca. She sang throughout Guadalajara, Mexico City and other cities as a young student and professional. When she moved to America, United States, she performed in the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus. Then in 2002, she made her way to Southern California. She is currently a member of Ensemble XXI of Redlands and frequently performs solo with traditional Latin American music at private events. Alongside being a local performer and instructor and instructor, her passion for music and art keeps her engaged in a wide range of initiatives. Ana was also a part of the Community Chorus of Redlands and Inland Master Chorale. She is currently a teacher in the Performance Loft. Ana thanks Inland Master Chorale members for their permission to play classic Latin American song.
