Island Boys is an American hip-hop group and social media personality. They're on TikTok which is a video-sharing app. Kodiyakredd as well as Flyysoulja are two twin brothers hailing from Coral Springs in Florida. They became famous with their track "I'm an Island Boy".While in jail as teenagers they decided to make a go of it as a rapper. A video featuring the brothers performing a tune went to the top of the charts in the month of October in 2021. Their unique look with diamond teeth, vertical dreadlocks as well as tattoos, helped the video to become popular as a TikTok meme. They later rejected a recording deal with Kodak Black. The original video garnered 9 million views prior to being deleted.That November, the twins came out with a full-length version of their viral hit song, "I'm an Island Boy" and accompanied by a music video. They promoted their release by giving a poor performance in Club LIV, Miami. It was announced that the Island Boys will be invited to participate in Ultimate Social Boxing, a reality TV show. It was revealed for the month of May 2022. In December of that year, a documentary Trolled Trolled: The Untold Island Boys Story, that traces the private and professional lives of the twins, was made available for viewing.
