 Michael C. Hall is an American actor with a net worth of $25 million. Michael C. Hall is most well-known for his roles as Dexter Morgan who is the serial killer of Showtime's "Dexter," and as David Fisher on HBO's "Six Feet Under." "Michael Carlyle Hall" was born in Raleigh, North Carolina, on the 1st of February, 1971. His mother, Janice (nee Styons) was counselor for mental health as did his father, William Carlyle Hall, was employed by IBM. When he was eleven years older, his father died in his sleep due to prostate cancer.In 1989, Hall graduated from Ravenscroft School, and continued his studies at Earlham College, a liberal arts college in Indiana. He had initially planned to become a lawyer, but after the graduation ceremony in 1993, he did not go to law school. Instead, he moved to New York City, attended New York University and graduated from the graduate acting course in the year 1996. Although he was a Ravenscroft student in the school, he was the one who first became interested in acting and performing. Through his time at Ravenscroft, he sang in the choir and appeared in plays such as "The Sound of Music", "Oklahoma! " as well as "Fiddler on the Roof".
