Michael Oher

 Michael Oher is an American football offensive lineman with a an estimated net value of $16 million. Oher's personal story was chronicled in the Oscar Award-winning film "The Blind Side" starring Sandra Bullock and Tim McGraw. Michael's character was played by Quinton Aaron.Michael Oher was born on May 28th the 28th of May, 1986 in Memphis, Tennessee. Oher was born to Denise Oher, who was an alcoholic and crack cocaine addict and father named Michael Jerome Williams, who was often in jail. Because of his environment the child received very little attention or discipline during his early years. He re-entered first and second grades and went to 11 different schools over his first nine years as a student. He was placed in foster care at the age of seven, and alternated between different foster homes and periods of being homeless. The father of Oher's birth was a cellmate of Denise Oher's brother and was murdered in prison in the year Oher was in senior high school. A teenager named Michael Oher was finally taken into custody by Sean Tuohy and Leigh Anne Tuohy, when he was just 16 years old. The Tuohys became his legal guardians when he was 17. They arranged for Oher as a tutor who taught him schoolwork for 20 hours each week.
