Kara Killmer

 Kara Killmer (born June 14 in 1988) is an American actress most well-known for her role as a paramedic Sylvie Brett on the NBC drama series Chicago Fire (as as the corresponding series Chicago Med and Chicago P.D., which together make up the One Chicago franchise), from 2014. Prior to that she starred in the short-lived 2010 Hulu original reality web series If You Can Dream.Killmer was a part of the short-lived Hulu original reality web show If I Can Dream in the year 2010, in which five aspiring actors and actresses who were trying to get into the entertainment business by living in a Los Angeles home, fitted with cameras that tracked their every move "The objective is to land an opportunity that allows us to get out of the house and go towards a more lucrative career. This is just the first step."In 2014, Killmer was cast as Athena True in the NBC science fiction crime thriller pilot Tin Man, but it was not selected by the network when they announced their 2014-2015 television schedule for 2014-15. Killmer was also cast as Sylvie the paramedic that was replaced by Leslie Shay (Lauren German) in the NBC drama Chicago Fire that same year.
