 Devin Armani Booker, a professional American basketball player for the Phoenix Suns (NBA), was born on October 30, 1996. He is the son Melvin Booker, a former basketball player. Following his time in basketball in college for one season with the Kentucky Wildcats, Booker was picked by the Phoenix Suns in the first round of the 2015 NBA draft with the 13th pick. On March 24, 2017, Booker became the youngest player to score more than 60 points in a single game that ended with 70 against the Boston Celtics. Booker, who was 22 years old at the time, became the first NBA player to win consecutive games with 50-points. Booker is a three-time NBA All-Star who helped the Suns to make it to the 2021 NBA Finals. Booker was awarded an Olympic gold medal for the 2020 U.S Olympic team in Tokyo.
