Gilpin is best known for her character Debbie "Liberty Belle", Eagan, in Netflix's comedy series GLOW. She was nominated to win two Primetime Emmy Awards. Elizabeth Folan Gilpin was conceived in New York on 21 July 1986. Gilpin is the daughter of actor Jack Gilpin and actor Jack Gilpin and Ann McDonough. Gilpin was born in the city of Manhattan's South Street Seaport area. She graduated from The Loomis Chaffee School and Fordham University. Dianne Wiest was her instructor at Fordham. Gilpin also appeared as a guest on a variety of television series, such as Law & Order: Criminal Intent, Fringe, Medium and & Order: Special Victims Unit, & & Elements'. Gilpin has also appeared off-Broadway in shows like 'Heartless' and 'I'm Going to Pray for You So Hard'.
