Ben Roethlisberger is an American professional footballer with a the fortune of $100 million. Roethlisberger, a.k.a "Big Ben", is most famous for his experience playing for the Pittsburgh Steelers. After his first season, Ben was named Offensive Rookie of the Year. He was also named Offensive Rookie of the Year two years later. Ben is well-known for his ability to play outside of the passing pocket. He refers to this as "backyard football". "Ben Roethlisberger was born on March 2, 1982, in Lima, Ohio. The years in high school were a time when his athletic ability was apparent. He was not only the team captain for football,, but also led the baseball and basketball teams. Because Ben was the son's coach, he preferred that Ben be a quarterback. Ben did not get to play quarterback until the end of his senior year. In 2000, he moved to Miami University but was redshirted for the first time in his career. In the following year, he made his debut and was soon playing well.
