Matt Brown

 Matthew Burton Brown, born on January 10, 1981 is an American mixed martial artist who fights in the Welterweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Brown is a professional fighter since 2004, was a contestant on the seventh season of The Ultimate Fighter television series. Brown is the holder of the record for the highest number of UFC Welterweight knockouts. Brown was born in Jamestown. After being home schooled for a period of two years, Brown enrolled in Greeneview High School where he struggled to find friends. Brown was raised in a small town with no hope of his career. He was an machinist in a small factory. Brown was addicted to methamphetamine and frequently drank cocaine and was often involved in fights at events. He was homeless in his 20s and was in prison following a heroin overdose.
