American actor Jensen Ross Ackles was born March 1, 1978. He is most well-known for his role as Dean Winchester in The WB/CW dark fantasy drama series Supernatural (2005-2010) as well as being seen on TV shows such as the NBC series Days of Our Lives, as Eric Brady. This series has earned him several Daytime Emmy nominations. He was also the star of the box-office hit My Bloody Valentine 3D and he voiced Jason Todd and Bruce Wayne/Batman as well in the animated version of Batman: The Long Halloween. Ackles was born in Dallas on March 1, 1978 to Alan Roger Ackles (an actor) and Donna Joan (nye Shaffer). He was born in Richardson, and attended Lloyd V. Berkner School.
