Jane Seymour

 Jane Seymour, c. 1508 - 24 October 1537, was Queen of England. She was the third wife to the King Henry VIII of England. Their marriage took place on May 30, 1536 and she died the following year. Following the execution of Anne Boleyn, Henry's second wife, was executed, she became the Queen. After having given birth to her sole child, future Henry VI, the future King Edward VI, she died from complications postnatally. She was the sole wife of Henry to receive a queen's funeral or to be buried beside Henry at St George's Chapel, Windsor Castle.Jane was not as highly educated than Henry's second and first wives, Catherine of Aragon and Anne Boleyn. She could write and read somewhat, but was much more skilled in the field of household management and needlework and household management, which were thought to be more important for women. Her needlework was described as beautiful and intricate and some survived until 1652 which was the year it became an official maid-of-honour to Queen Catherine however, it could have been used as in 1527. She continued to serve the queen Anne alongside her sister
